Recipe for 'one cup everything' cookies.

1 cup white sugar ( in the photo is the tea cup I used to measure everything).
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup marg or butter, softened
1 cup oil
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp salt (not if your butter is salted)
1 tsp cream of tartar
1tsp bicarb of soda
3 1/2 cups of plain flour
1 cup rice krispies or cornflakes
1 cup coconut
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup chocolate chips

Mix together sugars, butter, oil, egg and vanilla essence. Add salt, cream of tartar, soda and flour. Stir in remaining ingredients. Roll into balls and put on baking trays, flatten slightly with a fork. Bake at 180°C for 10 - 12 minutes until lightly golden.
This recipe makes between 60 and 80 cookies depending on how big you make them! You can use any kind of chopped nuts, pecans, hazelnuts, almonds, also you can choose the kind of chocolate you like, plain, white, milk or all three! They freeze very well if they last long enough to make it it the freezer, this lot has reduced in size since the kids and their friends came home from school!

Happy baking Jenny! Let me know how they turn out.
If you're French you'll have to get your dictionaries out and work like I have to converting my English into French, sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
