This month our Stamp to Share Bloghop theme is the color theory suite on pages 146 and 147 of the main Stampin'Up! catalogue. I hope you've been following the links and have arrived here from the lovely Nadine's blog in Germany.
I decided to try and make a home decor piece for my craft room that my customers would appreciate when attending classes. I felt like a bit of heat embossing and colour washing, the temperatures have been cooler in France this weekend so I was able to use my heat gun without melting in the process!
For this one peice I managed to use the paper bloc (gorgeous), the stamp set, some olive ribbon and the laquered dots, Stampin'Up! sure make it easy to co-ordinate. I thought about cutting some elements from the matching framelits but I'm kinda a 'less is more' type of girl so I left it as it was.
Here's a close up of each 'season'.
I've now installed the frame in the corner of my craft room where I think it will stay for quite a while. Please get in touch if you have any questions about products used and don't forget the promotion for spending 60€ in July, better be quick.
