Card for 1st Jan.

This card covers 2 of my resolutions, the first being - making a card for the pleasure of it and the second - using a stamp set that hasn't been inked up. I haven't used 'Frames with a Flourish' despite having owned it for more than a year! The flowers were from 2 different hostess sets and the colours used Rouge Rose and Sauge Sage. I have such a craving to make 'clean and simple' cards just now, I don't know why but I'm not into 'fussy' at the moment. It's quite hard to see but on the larger flowers I've used the background medallion stamp and the 'kissing' technique to give a 2 tone effect.
Now then, ateliers for January and news of 2 more 'cuisicartes' dates in February.
Tue 5th 13.30 - 16.00 cards. Muriel
Thu 7th 13.30 - 16.00 calendar class.
Mon 11th 13.30 - 16.00 birthday agenda. Colette, Rolande
Thu 14th Club of 6
Tue 19th 13.30 - 16.00 cards with Sale A Bration sets. Lesley, Muriel
Tue 26th 13.30 - 16.00 cards using Background stamps. Lesley, Muriel
All classes are 10 euros and all material is provided for you.
In the first week of the school holidays in February (starting Mon 15th), if there's still space available, the boys will be in the Centre Loisirs. So I thought I'd once again do a couple of days 'cuisicartes', cooking in the morning, eating at lunchtime then cards in the afternoon. It won't be salads and red fruit recipes this time like in August but warming winter foods and possible savoury preserves. I'll get back to you on the menu but thought I'd give you the dates. I'm also going to offer some classes for kids/teenagers on one of the days.
Provisional dates -
Tue 16th 9.30 - 16.30 Cuiscartes (35euros) Lesley, Muriel
Wed 17th 9.30 - 12.00 + 13.30 - 16.00 Kids classes (10 euros)
Afternoon - Sarah, Jordan, Emma
Thu 18th 9.30 - 16.30 Cuisicartes (35 euros) Muriel
Please note that the numbers limit for classes is 5 so let me know as soon as possible if you're interested.
