Yikes, we're already mid December and it's time for our bloghop from the Stamp To Share International ladies. What a great project from Barbara in Austria, hope you checked it out.
We were given the freedom to use what we wanted for this month's hop as long as we followed a theme of gift packaging.
Last week one of my customers gave me a beautifully packaged little bar of soap and that gave me the idea to gather some soap bars and pretty them up with our fab Stampin'Up! supplies. It was fun choosing what to go with the different colours.
So, here's my gifted soap and the bars I wanted to use.
Our washi tapes make a very quick colourful package and I love that the rolls are in different widths.
Have you seen this glitzy shiny paper yet? If not, don't worry, it's a sneak peak from the new catalogue which you can have your hands on very soon.
I made a box using our envelope punch board to fit this big green oval bar (using the card that comes in our designer paper packets). I have to admit that it's the first time I've used this paper, I love it too much to use it, crazy eh!
This time it was our vellum paper that made the soap wraparound and can you see that fab diecut? Another goodie available in January, bet you can't wait.
All I needed with this luxurious thick paper was a touch of fresh fig and gold ribbon for the heart tag, easy peasy.
And here's the washi tape in all it's glory. How simple and quick to make a pretty colour co-ordinated package.
So, some very different looks, made up in a flash and perfect for last minute gifts. Who's finished their Christmas shopping then ??? If you want to offer Stampin'Up! products there's just a day or so to go for delivery before Christmas, hurry hurry. Here's the link to my shop - http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/moiramcilroy/
Now it's time to go and see what the rest of the 'Stamp to Share' Designers have created. Sometimes we share our creations before the hop with each other but this time I haven't seen everything so I'm excited to hop around and get some gift packaging inspiration.
